Juliette Martin our CEO has worked in the area of WHS on and off for over 19 years. She has a Bachelor of Education, but changed her career path to work in the family business of Work, Health and Safety. She has a Diploma of Work, Health and Safety and her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is continuing her learning journey. Juliette is the Training Manager, Accounts, Administration, PR Manager and creates our new products, training material and documents with assistance from her team.
Brad Hislop has worked in the area of Work, Health and Safety for over 10 years and is one of our Senior WHS Consultants. He has a passion in the area and ensures that he is kept up to date with the constant changes with work, health and safety, chain of responsibility, Human Resources, Fair Work, NHVR, etc. Brad is our HR Consultant and assists with Return-to-Work Programs, Fair Work, Online Systems, Safety Management Plans (HSEQ) and is a Lead Auditor in OHS, Environmental and Quality Management Systems. He also has his Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is always conducting his informative trainings at our clients’ work sites. Brad has a passion for work, health and safety and is an asset to our company!
Anne Condren is one of our long time Senior WHS Consultants. She has worked in the area of Work, Health and Safety for over 19 years and she brings her extensive knowledge and experience with her. Anne has her Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety and has a passion in the area. She is commended for her admirable contribution to our company and is always conducting her trainings at our clients’ work sites, to ensure that they have an understanding of the importance of work, health and safety, while delivering a very high standard of training.
Alex Martin is our HSEQ Consultant. He has created and worked with Safety Management Plans for over 15 years in the family business and is a credit to our company. He continues to learn as the changing requirements of HSEQ Management Plans are constantly evolving. Alex also is an Auditor in OHS, Environmental and Quality Management Systems and brings his comprehensive knowledge and experience with him.
James Martin is our Production Manager and has been working in the area of Work, Health and Safety for the family business for over 10 years. He manages all of the Production Office and ensures that the quality of all of our products are produced to a very high standard. James is also the Quality Control Manager and is responsible for all of the team’s documentation such as consultation training documents, posters, modules, policies, etc. and ensures that every staff member and client has what is required, which is a credit to him and our company.
